I'm sure if you're anything like me, you are probably starting to crave warm and gooey comfort foods right about now. Well if that is the case, your craving instantly be satisfied by these oatmeal butterscotch squares. They are sweet and chewy and rich, and they are super easy to make! With just a handful ingredients your can have these dreamy bars in your oven in no time.

Recipe:

Makes about 24 squares

Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray and

preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir the cake mix and oatmeal together.

Mix in the melted butter, until everything is well combined.

Press three cups of crust into the bottom of the pan.

Bake for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool before

adding the butterscotch layer on top.

In a double boiler, melt the butterscotch chips

and sweetened condensed milk.

Stir in the chopped pecans.

Pour the butterscotch layer over the cooled crust.

Top with remaining crust (and brown sugar if desired) and

bake 25-27 minutes or until the top is lightly golden, and the

butterscotch layer is hot and bubbly.

Let the bars partially cool before cutting into squares.
