If you have been following my instagram, you may have noticed my recent traveling foodie posts. I have had some fun exploring my new home state, as well as some neighboring ones. I am really loving the food in the South. I have tried so many amazing things that I can't even begin to name them!

You will all have to bear with me, as I adjust to a new baking environment. I was so excited to finally no longer have to bake at high altitude, little did I know humidity would become my new obsticale. I made these mints on a super rainy day, which I should have taken as a warning. Oh well, they still turned out great. They just required way more confectioner's sugar than what the recipe calls for.

If you have never had/heard of these treats, then you are really in for a treat. They are fun to make, and would make the cutest little addition to your next tea party. The best part, is you can use any type of candy mold that you want. This is why I had to feature some Chanel logos and cameo candies. Have fun with the colors too! They are usually made in pastel hues, but you can certainly make them vivid and bright. As long as you give them time to set, these candies will be a breeze to make!

You will need:

Silicon Molds used for this recipe

Mix together: cream cheese,

butter, confectioner's sugar

and mint extract

Stir in Food coloring

Roll small piece in the superfine sugar, then press into mold.

Place in freezer (in mold) for at least 5 minutes.

Remove from mold, place on wax paper and set in refrigerator until they

are fully set.
